Shipping
We aim to post all our orders within 48 hours of receiving confirmed payment. We
always obtain a certificate of posting and a receipt for the postage amount and cannot be held responsible once the package has entered the postal system should it be lost or damaged. We always endeavour to use top quality packaging materials and take extra care when packing to provide the optimum protection. If an item is not received within Royal Mails advised times and through no fault of our own, then we will refund the cost of the item only. We will not refund the cost of the postage and packing. If an item arrives damaged we will refund the cost of the item only. We will not refund the cost of the postage, shipping and packing.
Payment
Payment can be made via cheque or postal orders made payable to P.Cunningham; or Nochex which accepts credit / debit cards up to a limit of 500.00, above this amount the buyer has to have a Nochex account; or by BACS payments for larger amounts. Please email for details. Please note that a Nochex payment appears as Nochex on the buyers statement, not as a payment to Zizi Dragon.
Refunds
Although we are completely confident about the quality of our products, should you be not be 100% satisfied with your purchase then we are happy to provide a full refund (excluding postage) as long as the item is returned within 7 days of receipt and is in exactly the same condition as it was when it was posted by us. All of our products are made from natural crystals which are not fake, man made or plastic. As such, please be aware that the crystals may contain
markings which are not always evident in the photographs and are due to the crystals being natural. These are not product faults. We hand pick all of
